Hello madam. Good morning.May I know how old your little girl is and how long this has been going on.Does it happen at any particular time of day.Does she have any fever, any vomiting any diarrhoea. Is the pain induced by milk or is it the war pain that is induced by milk.Does she have diarrhoea after or during the pain.
Sometimes children have what paediatricians call an abdominal migraine and it's usually nothing to worry about.Hiwever you child may be reacting to what she eats and you may want to start from there and see if it has any particular food triggers. Any associated symptoms? Haa she seen a doctor. For the ear pain.how.long ? any discharge. which ear? is it both.
you may say, I'm asking you many questions but unfortunately this is our art and this is how we may be able to narrow down what may be wrong to about 70% accuracy before we do an examination and investigations.
If the symptoms are too worrying please see a doctor.otherwise use paracetamol and see if that helps for now. All the best madam.cheers
