Good morning mam, how was your night?
SO sorry about your menses. To be able to know what's exactly wrong, you need to answer some questions which might point to the likely cause. Are you on or have you used any form of contraception before? Do you notice if you have any vaginal discharge with any characteristic odour, colour? Do you have lower abdominal pain once in a while? Do you notice if you are gaining weight lately? Or you were unduly stressed? Do you notice any discharge from your breast? These are questions that will point to the likely cause of irregular menstrual period. You can answwer these questions using the follow up feature so that I can advice you on what to do or you see a gynaecologist who will ask you some of this questions, examine you and also request for some investigations like hormonal assay . Apart from the likely cause is also fibroid, you can go for a pelvic ultrasound scan to know how your reproductive tract looks like, then, show your gynaecologist the result. If you have difficulty in finding one, we can help if you send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. An agent will get back to you. Have a Nice Sunday
