Goodmorning, HSG is a test done to outline the female genital tract from the vaginal opening through to the fallopian tubes. The significant findings are that your fallopian tubes are patent and has no abnormalities. But some myoma seedlings also know as fibroid were seen within the uterus. You should see your gynaecologist to properly evaluate the fibroid if any intervention will be needed because it's not every fibroid seen that is operated upon. Hope you find this helpful. Take care.
