Good morning. can you please explain what this HSG result means?
Demonstrated bones and soft tissues of the pelvic appeared normal.
No evidence of calcification within the pelvic brim(ring).
Demonstrated cervical canal appeared normal
Normal size contrast uterus is noted
Small areas of filling defects are noted at the fundal aspect of the uterus
Myoma seedlings are suggested
Both fallopian tubes are demonstrated with evidence of peritoneal spillage of contrast media bilaterally.
