"good evening, my 4months Old baby has dandruff probably because i have refused to cut her hair. is there any way I can treat the dandruff without cutting her hair? can the hair be harmful to her? can it also be the reason why she sweats often? thanks"

    Good evening. Dandruff is not common in that age group. But if you are certain it is, you should comb the daily before washing with a medicated shampoo twice a week. Other days you can use ordinary shampoo/soap. I will prefer you confirm with a paediatrician or pharmacist to be sure the product you can get over the counter is safe for her age. Meanwhile avoid oily products that will worsen the dandruff. You can leave her hair or cut it, it's entirely up to you but if the hair is preventing properly cleaning and maintenance then you may want to consider cutting it low. Hope this helped. Good night.
