"pls I would like to know of a drug I can give to my daughter who hasn't been feeling too strong so as to boost her appetite. though I gave her well kid but it isn't having much effect on her appetite. she has been stooling and vomiting. she vomits more when she takes in a sugary fluid like ribena. and have treated her for malaria and presently giving her antibiotics. she is 1yr 6mths old."

    Hello, if I understand you, your daughter has lack of appetite, stooling and vomiting. Apparently she is losing fluid both true stooling and vomiting. This might be a case of enteritis. Due to her age, I would be more comfortable if she is taken to a doctor for review because she may be dehydrated and have other signs of infection. The drug given didn't boost her appetite which means the underlying cause hasn't been treated.
