I am glad you already realise it is a problem. that means that you already have an insight into this issue, so this will help you deal with it. anger issues not only affect one's relationship with people, it can also affect one's work itself and other areas if human endeavours and it is very imperative that one deals with it squarely. first, you have to see a psychologist for some counselling sessions. also, you also have to make efforts at curbing this issue. you can do it by realising the fact that human beings are from different backgrounds and diverse in nature, thus they are not perfect. so you won't get angry over their shortcomings.
