Question Asked:

"I experience severe pain when sitting, especially when I drive, but always when I sit. The pain starts in my left buttocks and then thigh. It hardly takes up to 1 minute after sitting for the effects to kick in. Soon, my left chest area begins to hurt, my heart palpitates, my head aches and I can barely concentrate at work. Sometimes the pain gets so bad that I am pushed to tears, in private. I have tried everything. I have done an ECG twice and it is been reported my heart is very okay. Although I do have slow heart rate but the doctors say it is not an issue. I have been told to exercise. I tried that but it doesn't reduce the pain. I feel good while I exercise and 30 minutes after I exercise. After that, it is back to the pains. I have lost a lot of weight, I worry more than I used to and it is affecting my relationship. I get easily irritated and frustrated. I also get numbness in my ankles and sometimes it almost feels like I can barely support my weight. Often I get pains in the waste and back and once in a blue moon I have problems standing properly. I have moments when I can actually feel my heart beat very slow and getting tired too easily is now an everyday thing for me. I believe this has also affected my sex life as I cannot perform optimally. That's all the details I know for now. What exactly is wrong with me?"

Yes please. I know it's a lot to take in. Where would you like us to begin?

For starter, I need to know if your real age is as posted on the question, 29yrs. The weight loss you noticed, is it more around your thigh region?

It seems there is limit to the number of replies I can make in 48 hours, hence why I am just responding. I would appreciate if we could make good use of the limited messages. So yes, I am 29 and the weight loss is general. I can't say I noticed any in the thigh area. So what's your take? Thanks very much in anticipation of your feedback
