Good evening madam. Congratulations on the new life in you.You are currently 7weeks and you are due 9th of august 2016. From the scan result you have put, there is nothing wrong structurally with your internal organs and the developing foetus is doing fine. As for the pain , it's not unusual to have pain in your lower tummy in early pregnancy , so far there is no associated bleeding, nor blood in stools , no fever, nor painful urination. You can start by waring lots of fruits and vegetables plus drinking lots of water to allowing stool passage be alot easier.Paraceramol is safe in pregnancy so you may take that too to help. Hopefully the pain will pass soon .At this time too, your womb is growing and your ligaments are relaxing so it may cause pau .If it however persist, please see the doctor
