Good morning and congrats on your pregnancy. Why do you have difficulty sleeping? You have to avoid stressful activities during the day so at night you can rest better. Possibly a cup of tea before bed can help, also a warm bath can relax your body too.
It's advisable to sleep on your left side rather than on your stomach as you know it can be very discomforting for you and the baby sleeping on your stomach and lying flat on your back. So practise lying on your side preferably your left side as this is safer and more comfortable for you and the baby.
Do you still have nausea in this stage of your pregnancy? If yes then it's the reason why you can't eat or drink much. You should find food that's appealing and try to eat little at a time. Take fruits if that makes you feel better.
Talk to your midwife or doctor during your appointments and maybe they can prescribe something to boost your appetite.
Just hang on a little, you are almost thru and will feel better immediately after birth.
