Question Asked:

"Good evening Dr. My younger sister don't see her menses Regularly, at times she sees it once in two months or three month. Text has been run and she texted OK. Her menopause as she was told will start at her 60 years. This has been been giving her lots of concern including I and my mother. Please my question is, can she get pregnant with the irregularities of her menstrual flow. And if yes, how can she calculate her fertile/ovulation period. If no. Please what will be the remedy. And two weeks ago, she pressed her breast, and a milky substance came out like breast milk. Please it that normal for one who is not pregnant or a nursing mother? Thanks. "

Evening and good as u are concerned abt ur sis.Pls how old is ur sis cos at onset of menachy menses might b irregular. Irregular menses in a woman of child bearing age may b caused by many factors and this might limit her likelihood to conceive and milk discharge from a non lactating woman could b due to hormonal imbalance and is one of the major causes of infertility. If she wants to know her fertile period she needs to know her menstrual cycle length she can download kangpe cycle planner take care
