Hello. I want to believe that the Klebsiella infection was arrived at following a culture and sensitivity test. That said, ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin belong to the same family of antibiotics and so, you should not use the 2 together. Use the one that has the more sensitivity to the said organism, according to your result and indicated by the number of +++s. To be certain that the organism is cleared after your treatment, you can repeat the test after about one week of your last dose. All the best now.
