"Good morning. I have been very stressed lately and battling with catarrh. but not I think it's becoming something more. I have a tightness in my throat which is a sign of sore throat and the catarrh has not gone despite the fact that I used Pirton two nights in a row. which normally works for me. I also have general body weakness. I'm suspecting malaria. what do you think? "

Goodmorning, sorry abt that. Most times catarrh is a viral infection so it takes its course before it resolves on its own. The drugs you take are just to ameliorate the symptoms you are having not to kill the causative agent. You can get painkiller from a pharmaceutical store for the sore throat. You should see a doctor to av a malaria parasite test done before you start using antimalarial drugs. Thanks
